Covalent and ionic bond questions? Any answers would be great.?

I ume these questions are from loncapa because I did the exact same true/false question. I got it right, and the other person's answers are right except for his answer to 1. 1 is true. there's arguments for why it's false too, but loncapa says its true and i got it right, so you should say that :)
