Guinea pig help! Please!?

So, I'm fed up with my brother not taking care of his guinea pig. He needs a much larger cage. I have next to no money but I really can't stand it anymore. Also, any easy home made toys? I have fleece and a sewing machine. This will be my first time with a guinea pig, although i have two spoild rat girls. Help me please!
