I want to lose 3 to 4 pounds, but how do I?

I want to lose only 3 to 4 pounds, but I don't know how. I'm not trying to go on a diet or anything, but I'm trying to make sure I don't eat too much. I try eating healthy, but I'm not really sure what the best fruits and vegetables are. I Do drink at least 1 bottle of water a day now. Ever since about 1 week ago. Someone also tell me something that is really, really healthy for me and will make me regular. I have tried eating Prunes, Raisin Bran, Apples, Cheerios with Grain, Oatmeal, and Bananas. I really need help. Is there a doctor in the house? lol
