I need help ive been getting itchy bumps?

Well i think it is from weed but after the fact of smoking. Im currently 17 and i started smoking when i was 13. I used to smoke weed every day up until recently i am pretty sure i got bronchitis from smoking with someone who had it and i didnt get it cured so i cut down to smoking occasionally. When i smoke weed i dont cough but the next day after smoking (especially when i lay down like when i go to bed) i get a really bad mucus cough. The cough keeps me up until i cough up all the mucus and i have to cough really hard. I only get the cough at night and when i go to sleep and once when i wake up. I think the stress from the cough is what is giving me these rashes but i am not sure. Ive been getting itchy spots on the side of my things, my shoulders(some times) my fingers and palms, and my forearms right above my elbow. It looks like a rash on my thighs and shoulders, on my forearm it looks like a mosquito bite and sometimes its a white ring and ride in the middle, on my fingers its the white ring with red in the middle, and on my palms its just a red bump that itches. It shows up randomly and not always in the same spot. My cough usually last 5 days prior to smoking and the rashes last a few days after the cough. Is there anything i can do? Dont say stop smoking ive tried everyone around me smokes all my friends and it was hard to stop smoking daily i cut down to once every 1-2 weeks. Please help
