Tv series: law and order SVU, who thinks det. benson and det. stabler are more than just partners?

do u want there to be more>>also in season 9 the episode where we find out she's dating a journalist i forgot his name, but he asks her why she didn't tell her partner about them..she doesn't answer, it was weird...what was that about ANYONE?????????????
