If richard jefferson goes to portland, what is their chance of winning a title next year?

Richard Jefferson will NOT, absolutely NOT give you 20-25 ppg. Maybe a consistent 15-20. But not 25. And even if they do grab him, I still think they wont get p the first round. Way to young, no veteran leader.
