Is it possible for me to become an exchange student?

hi.! i am a 17 years old boy from bangladesh, a student of grade 12( here we call it college life INTER 2ND YEAR). i was just wondering whether its possible for me to become an exchange student..... like studying aboard and living with a host family . if its possible then please give me some idea.......... thank you.... and excuse me for my poor english
