Question for African Americans?

I am watching the BET Hip Hop Awards and certain artists when presenting awards or excepting awards are offering support for Micheal Vick. When this happens, the croud goes crazy with pleasure. What is this about? This is similar to the OJ Simpson Case. How can African Americans expect racism to disapear when their own pias attitude stands in the way of truth and unity?
