Sotomayor - Will she get nominated and if so at what price to the Democrats?

She's already a slam dunk. Dems have the majority in both houses. She certainly seems to be weakest and least qualified; and yet has the most dangerous opinions. A "judicial activist" who believes in legislating from the bench. Hardly Constitutional is it?
