Will my computer work with windows 7 please help?

I just started building computers I built a computer and was wondering if it could handle Windows 7 32 bit I have a Intel D865GLC Micro ATX Socket 478 Motherboard with a Pentium 4 2.4Ghz/533 FSB Processor my graphics card is a nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512mb my ram in my computer is 2gb i have a 160gb hard drive will windows 7 work fast on it or be slow please help
