3 year old and sniffing me!?!?

Ever since my daughter was about 8 months old she has been sniffing me. She still sucks on a pacifier and seems to sniff me more when she is tired. She sniffs my face and arms. I asked her why she does it she said cause she loves me too much. Do anybody else go through this and what does it really mean?
