I'm getting really paranoid, I need help - peace of mind?

Today I realised the flowers on my window sill had wilted, is this normal? I can't help but think it is a sign of death, or a presence of evil in my bedroom, and I cannot sleep tonight, what if i don't wake up tomorrow, and God had given me the sign of withering flowers to escape the daunted room - is this ignorance? Can someone ure me everything is going to be ok?
