Is PSN back up anywhere in the world yet & anyone know when it will be back up in North America? (May 10th)?

it's not that big of a deal.. they're working as fast as they can but i'd like to know a date it might be coming back up, im getting Brink today and wanna know when i'll be able to play it! lol
