Women tell me this and guys tell me that?

all women tell me how gorgeous i am, but guys tell me i'm alright. why do they tell me different things? do they have different opinions on looks? maybe it's the way i dress--i don't reveal my body like a lot of hot girls do by wearing mini-skirts and tanktops. maybe guys focus on hotness instead of beauty?or maybe it is because women are too kind and guys are straightforward? what do you think?
